“One-a-day” May is upon us. It’s that time of year when runners join forces for a month-long streak of running a mile (or more) each day. I love seeing everyone’s motivational posts, progress, and how folks get creative in squeezing in their walk/runs on busy days.
I, on the other hand, would be remiss not to point out immediately that I have commitment issues—to streaks of all kinds! Healthy eating streaks, run streaks, plank challenge streaks, and so on. I have the best of intentions, like most of us do, but somewhere around Day 5 or so I always lose interest or forget a day inadvertently. Whoops . . .
So I’m asking for YOUR HELP. I’m looking at you! Please pretty please join me for a walk or run streak in May. I need all the support I can get, and I know you’ll feel healthier and proud of yourself for this lifestyle change. Who knows, if you’re not a runner now, perhaps this can be your catalyst to becoming one! (But there ain’t no shame in the walkin’ game.)

What: It’s HERE! The moment you’ve all been waiting for . . . the BibRave Strava Run Streak is upon us!
When: From May 1–31, 2019
Where: Log your walks/runs via the public BibRave Strava Run Club (see more info below)
Who: I want YOU and all of your walking or running buddies to join me on Strava EXTRA: All are encouraged to participate in completing at least a mile each day and logging it on Strava; if you want to share via social media, you can use the hash tags #BibChat and #StravaRun
