Happy Monday and happy October! I didn’t run this weekend (gee, what a surprise), but partially because it was raining and crappy and also because I wanted to take care of a sick Angry Toddler.
It was 71 degrees for my run this afternoon, but it was breezy and sunny, which was a great combo. I started listening to a new podcast called The Conscious Runner Podcast by Lisa Hamilton. Episode 1 has a really low production value, but I really liked the guest that Lisa interviewed—Andrea Owen. She wrote a book that I’d love to pick up called 52 Ways to Live a Kick-Ass Life: BS-Free Wisdom to Ignite Your Inner Badass and Live the Life You Deserve. She talks about disordered eating, how to stop being such a people pleaser, and so much more.
