Marathon Training: Day 27

runThis run definitely made up for yesterday’s sucky run. I felt like I was in the groove, I was nearly thirty seconds faster per mile, and I still did four miles. I listened to both the Black Tapes podcast and the Runner Girls Podcast to get me through these miles. I also ignored any work-related messages that came through on my Apple Watch (sorry, guys!). I just needed to be in the moment and not worry about everything else. Running is literally the only me time I get, so I take it seriously!
