Marathon Training: Day 26

runYou know how during every training cycle you have runs that just plain suck? This was one of those runs. I did four miles on the treadmill (when am I ever getting OFF this thing?!), and it was hot, the back of my life calf muscle hurt, and I kept thinking about how much work I had to get done versus being in the moment with the run. Not all runs are great (in fact, all of mine are hard), but I’ve got to get it done!
