Marathon Training: Day 12

run.jpgHoly hotness, Batman! I barely finished three miles on the treadmill on Thursday 7/7. I had to actually stop and walk for a bit, because I wasn’t feeling all that great.

I continued listening to the Black Tapes podcast (Episode 103), which I’m really started to get into. I’m also excited that the latest Runner Girls Podcast episode was released. Woo hoo!

Today (Friday 7/8) is a rest day, and I honestly think I’m going to take a nap during my lunch break. I might run later tonight on the treadmill if I feel ambitious. Or maybe I should do PiYo Core as cross training, since I haven’t been great at that overall.

Don’t forget that I’m trying to him my Team Momentum goal of $1,000 toward the Marine Corps Marathon in October!
