Wow. It has been five days since I’ve been on a run! That’s the most time off that I’ve taken since I started seriously running at the beginning of the year. I did have a good reason though! My family was in town for my wedding on 6/16/14.
How do you get your mojo back so to speak after taking a few days (or even a week?) off from running? I only have two scheduled runs this week and a long run this weekend, so I think that’ll help ease me back into it.
