Happy Monday morning! It’s the Week 1 check in of my #justbejourney with Daisy & June!
I lost 0.7 pounds this week. I have to say that I’m happy with that, since the scale wasn’t budging for nearly all of last week. I went into the week with this mentality that since I started jogging, I could indulge food-wise, which of course is completely the wrong way of thinking. But mid-week I switched things up, went grocery shopping over the weekend for healthy foods, and voila!
I ran on Saturday, but for some reason my Nano didn’t track it . Blergh. I was super upset, but there’s nothing I can do about that. I took Sunday as my rest day, so I’ll be back at it again today!
And I got three new running items as an early birthday present to myself!
